Process

From extrusion to delivery.

  1. Extrusion

    Multi-layer Coex and monolayer film blown to specification on calibrated extrusion lines. Layer structures and gauges configured per project.

  2. Printing

    Flexographic printing with multi-colour registration and brand-aligned plate setup. In-line viscosity and density checks at each shift.

  3. Converting

    Slitting, sealing, gusseting, and bag-making lines convert the printed web into finished formats — mailers, zipper bags, pouches, and custom runs.

  4. Logistics

    Palletised and dispatched from our production base with full EU export documentation. Athens operations manage onward delivery across European markets, enabling seamless global distribution.
